About Me

Benancio Garcia III

I’m Ben Garcia III, candidate for WA04 U.S. Congress. I didn’t let a housefire stop me from running for U.S. Congress. I understand today’s challenges affecting our country. The United States, must be the shining light and beacon of freedom for the World. I believe that when , I retired from the U.S. Army, that service didn’t end there to the community. This office will allow me to serve our 4th Congressional District with humility for the benefit of “We The People”.

I worked construction, or agriculture occupations at various times in my youth. As a student athlete at Yakima Valley Community College, I realized that I must focus diligently on my studies with the same passion of playing baseball. I learned much from Coach Bob Garretson, “ It is better to win as a team; than being an  All-Star for a losing team”. I was also voted Ebony Senate Representative, were my understanding of justice and civil rights, greatly impactful in my life. With the diversity of our community it is better to inclusive to all people because that makes us stronger together in unity.
